1. How is the website built?
We use industry-standard WordPress websites, with a Divi theme. This is a free platform, that can be expanded and updated as much as needed – using easy page-building software.
2. Do I need hosting & a domain name?
Yes you do, and both are included for the first 12 months for FREE.
You will be hosted on our account, via Siteground (a global, reliable website hosting company) – and you can choose any domain name you wish (providing it’s available).
After the 12 months, you can continue hosting with us at a low monthly fee of just $8, plus $30 per domain (per 12 months).
3. Why do I need an author website?
Social media is helpful, but it is not enough on its own. Your website gives you a space you own — one that can grow with you, your books and your author career.
